Privacy Policy

Simple Enrolled Agent does not require an account and does not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.

Study progress

Your answers, saved questions, notes, study streak, flashcard schedule, preferences, and mock-exam history are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload this study progress to us. You can delete it using Settings → Reset All Progress or by deleting the app.

Purchases

Monthly, annual, and lifetime SEA Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive entitlement status from Apple on your device so the app can unlock Pro. We do not receive your payment-card or Apple Account credentials. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Content and video requests

The app makes HTTPS requests to our content services to check for newer question, reading, and video manifests and to stream videos you choose to play. As with ordinary internet requests, hosting providers may temporarily process technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested file, and user agent for delivery, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. The app does not attach your name, email, study history, advertising identifier, or purchase history to these requests.

Advertising and third-party analytics

The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK.

Children

The app is an adult professional exam-preparation tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to williamjiaminus@gmail.com. Because the app has no user accounts and we do not receive study progress, we generally have no user profile to access or delete.
